TSEJA Host the 2025-2026 Miss Juneteenth Scholarship Pageants
Dothan, AL – March 15, 2025 – Tri-State Expo Juneteenth Affairs, Inc. (TSEJA) is thrilled to announce the crowning of its 2025-2026 Miss Juneteenth Scholarship Pageant Queens, marking the organization’s fifth successful year of hosting this impactful program. This scholarship pageant is a vital extension of TSEJA’s ongoing community philanthropic endeavors, aimed at empowering young women of color.
“We are elated to celebrate another year of success with the crowning of our newest Queens,” said Evangeline Reynolds-Gunn, TSEJA’s Executive Director. “Our hope is that these young women will carry the torch of their culture with pride and fearlessness throughout their lives.”
The 2025-2026 Miss Juneteenth Scholarship Pageant Queens have demonstrated exceptional dedication and academic achievement, completing an extensive essay and interview process. They are poised for a busy few months and an incredible year ahead, filled with opportunities for personal and professional growth.

2025-2026 TSEJA Miss Juneteenth Scholarship Queens
Each Miss Queen will receive a $1,000.00 scholarship, and all Queens will benefit from a year of invaluable opportunities through TSEJA. The nonprofit has awarded over $15,000.00 in scholarships through the pageant since 2021.
TSEJA extends heartfelt congratulations to the families, guidance counselors, and community leaders who have played a crucial role in shaping these remarkable young women. The organization also deeply thanks Director Deshawnda for her continued leadership and dedication to the Miss Juneteenth Scholarship Program.
