A Culturally Artistic Black-Tie Ball

Legends.Preludes.Humanitarian-25.png

The Alabama River Region is full of stories and understated elegance largely due to the complexities of its population. The former capital of the Confederacy is the home of brilliant black people and people of color who have overcome the physical atrocities of enslavement and who continue to thrive despite social pressures.

We hope you enjoy incorporating into your 1865 attire subtle or less subtle colors and or pieces that pay homage to the economic, artistic, literary and social achievements of Black, Indigenous, and Latin Americans from the Alabama River Region.
